<p>The invention relates to a deployment device (1) for a tilting sash or a tilt-and-turn sash of a window or a door, comprising a locking device (4) and a base part (5) that is fixed to the window frame (2). A scissor-type deployment element (7) that can be actuated by means of a motorised device (6) is mounted on said base part, said deployment element comprising a connecting member (8) for connecting to the sash (3), the connecting member (8) being a driving rod connecting element (9). The motorised drive device (6) is used to bring the locking device (4) into a locking position and an unlocking position.
