PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional Poncirus Fructus ferment extract containing large amount of functional content is provided to provide functional Poncirus Fructus ferment extract containing various metabolic functional component and the extract manufactured thereby has an excellent anti-oxidant effect by containing large amount of functional component like total flavonoid and total tannin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional Poncirus Fructus ferment extract containing large amount of functional content comprises the first step of removing moisture from the rinsed Poncirus Tructus, fermenting from the fermentation room, and air drying; the second step of performing roasting process of the dried Poncirus Fructus; the thrid step of drying the roasted material; and the fourth step of extracting the dried material by addting extracted solvent. From he first step of the manufacturing method, the fermentation is processed from 60-95% of moisture content, 20-60 degree Celsius maintained fermentation room for 1day to 1 week.
