PURPOSE: A device for maintaining a nip force and synchronization between the roll and a film of a roll of a roll printing device is provided to tilt a blanket roll to be closely adhered to a transferring surface and a re-transferring surface so that a high printing quality is obtained by controlling a change of the nip force actuating on an exterior surface of the blanket roll. CONSTITUTION: A device for maintaining a nip force and synchronization between the roll and a film comprises a horizontal convey unit(110), a vertical cylinder(120), a constant-pressure regulator, a blanket roll driving motor(140), and an electronic clutch(150). The horizontal conveying unit is installed to be reciprocated between a gravure unit(A) and a film adsorbing plate(C) along a conveying path of the film. The vertical cylinder is installed in the horizontal convey unit, thereby supporting a blanket roll(B) to be moved up and down. The constant-pressure regulator maintains pressure in the inside of the vertical cylinder in order that the blanket roll maintains a constant nip force in transferring and re-transferring processes. A monitor for driving a blanket roll is moved up and down along the blanket roll. The electronic clutch controls that torque is not delivered to a blanket roll side in the transferring and re-transferring processes. [Reference numerals] (AA) Film |
