FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle comprises rotary propulsive unit 11 with screw ledges 12 arranged at boards and driven by front and rear suspensions 13, 14. Said suspensions are secured by their top end 15 from behind watertight vehicle body 4 and by support 17 with journals 18 gimbal mounted at lower end 19. Propulsive unit front output shaft 20 is coupled via telescopic drive line 21 with output shaft 22 of final drive 23 rigidly fixed ahead of the body and driven by hydro motor 24 integrated with hydraulic pump 25 driven by front end of ICE 3.
