FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass exchange between gas (vapor) and fluid and may be used in rectification, absorption and desorption process. Contact tray includes intake and overflow pockets, tray bed with fixed valves made of bed material with stems and gas passages. Fixed valves with stems and tangential gas channels are composed of cutouts in tray bed shaped to arcs, broken or straight lengths located at the angle to each other and spaced apart for distance defining stem width and equidistant from valve center. Note here that said valves are turned relative to tray bed to make tangential gas passages.EFFECT: longer life, higher efficiency and stiffness of structure lower metal input.8 cl, 9 dwg |
