FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used at roll mill cutting sections. Trimming shears comprises the bed, lengthwise cutting assy, transverse cutting assy and drive fitted at lengthwise cutting assy crankshaft. Lengthwise cutting assy is composed of lower blade secured at said bed and knife bar with upper blade engaged with said crankshaft and bed that features round cutting edge. Transverse cutting assy is composed of lower blade and holder with upper blade. Drive represents a non-reversible component. Holder with upper blade of transverses cutting assy is articulated with knife bar by a tie-rod.EFFECT: higher efficiency, electric power savings, simplified design, lower metal input.6 dwg |
