摘要 The present invention is to provide a LED life cycle measuring device for an uninterruptible test that accelerates the aging test including a LED chip, a LED package, a LED module etc. and measuring the optical output on a real time basis and the evaluation system thereof. The invention comprises at least one life cycle measuring device, a power supply unit for supplying the power source to the life cycle measuring device equipped with the temperature acceleration measuring area inside the body part, and a heating part which is installed at the temperature acceleration measuring area of the body part, and an inner temperature acceleration measuring area that heats up so that the constant temperature is provided, and an optical sensor which outputs an electric signal that detects the light which penetrates a quartz glass part installed at the optical power measuring area of the body part, and an optical source section and an evaluation part receiving the electric signal in which the optical sensor of the life cycle measuring device is outputted and evaluates the optical output. Also, an LED light source which radiates the light that is installed at the temperature acceleration measuring area of the body part is fixed, and the quartz glass part in which the light emitted from the light source is transmitted to the optical power measuring area which marks off with the optical power measuring area are included. Therefore, it has an advantage of having an uninterruptible test that accelerates the aging test including the LED chip, the LED package, the LED module etc. and measures the optical output on a real time basis which gives the evaluation result at last.
