The present invention relates to a stainless steel strip rolling oil removal apparatus. A stainless steel strip rolling oil removal apparatus comprises: at least one head unit that is provided one side of either the upper or the lower part of strip and which has a pipe with a through hole therein and includes a spray nozzle vertically protruded from the surface of the pipe; a head case that is provided to surround the part at which the spray nozzle is provided at the head unit, and which has an opening provided on the part corresponding to the spray nozzle; a nozzle angular tilting unit that is disposed on one side of the head unit and which moves the spray nozzle vertically; and a head control unit for controlling the flow or outflow of a first cleaner for cleaning the strip rolling oil or a second cleaner for cleaning the head unit into or from to the head unit.
