The embodiment of the present invention relates to an oxynitride-based phosphor composition, a manufacturing method thereof, a light emitting device package including the same and a lighting system. The oxynitride phosphor composition according to the embodiment of the present invention is represented by a chemical formula of AwBxOyNz:RE2+ (2≤w≤4, 4≤x≤6, 2≤y≤4, 4≤z≤6), wherein A includes at least one element among Li, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba and La, B includes at least one element among Boron (B), Al, Ga and In, and RE includes at least one element among Ce, Sm, Eu, Yb, Dy, Gd, Tm and Lu. |
