PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a controlling information amount while restraining interference to other tracks and further prevent a consumption current from increasing.SOLUTION: A radio quality measurement unit 107 measures radio quality of subcarriers in a communication band. A communication device 500 transmits information about the radio quality of all the subcarriers in the communication band in first communication time, and transmits information about the radio quality of a part of the subcarriers in the communication band in second communication time. The communication device 500 repeats the transmission in the first communication time and the transmission in the second communication time by turns. |
