The present invention relates to a roasting plate for roasting meat and the like. A method for manufacturing a roasting plate includes a step of forming a sand blast treatment layer on the surface of iron or cast iron with thickness of 0.4-0.8 mm, wherein the blast treatment layer is formed on the body to form a coating layer which contacts meat, and a step of forming the coating layer which is selected from an enamel coating with thickness of 4-90 micrometers or a ceramic coating with thickness of 3-60 micrometers on the sand blast treatment layer. |
