Disclosed are a manufacturing method of synthetic wood including synthetic resin based fibers and the synthetic wood. The manufacturing method of the synthetic wood including the synthetic resin based fibers based on the present invention comprises the following steps: preparing a wood powder material selected from wood powder, arrowroot starch, bagasse, or a mixture thereof, and drying the wood powder material before supplying to a hopper; inserting a synthetic resin based fiber bundle formed of a resin having the melting point at least 20 higher than a binder resin, which will be added after the melting point, into a mixing chamber; receiving the synthetic resin based fiber bundle, and loosening twisted parts; inserting the dried wood powder material into the mixing chamber through the hopper, and sprinkling the wood powder material to loosened synthetic resin based fibers from the previous step; mixing the synthetic resin based fibers with a binder resin for producing regular synthetic wood, and inserting the mixture into an extruder; increasing the temperature of an extruder screw to the temperature lower than the melting point of resins forming the synthetic resin based fibers to form a synthetic wood compound containing the synthetic resin based fibers; and producing the synthetic wood using one method selected from extruding or injecting and molding using the synthetic wood compound. By providing the manufacturing method of the synthetic wood containing the synthetic resin based fibers, the intensity of the synthetic wood is improved and the productivity of the synthetic wood is increased by using the automated manufacturing method.
