PURPOSE: A coke oven gas (COG) generation rate increasing device is provided to increase a COG generation rate by increasing a pyrolysis of a tar by increasing a temperature of a riser tube by using coke. CONSTITUTION: A coke oven gas (COG) generation rate increasing device comprises a first storage tank (100), a second storage tank (200), a temperature sensor unit (300), and a control unit (400). The first storage tank supplies oxygen to a riser tube by using coke. The second storage tank supplies a flammable gas generating a thermal energy by a reaction with the oxygen to the riser tube by using the coke. The temperature sensor unit senses a temperature inside the riser tube by using the coke. The control unit controls whether opening or closing the first storage tank and the second storage tank in order to supply the oxygen and the flammable gas to the riser tube by using the coke when a temperature sensed in the temperature sensor unit is less than a predetermined temperature. |
