<p>The present invention provides a semiconductor device, which is having an integrating circuit capable of shortening time required for charging by reducing the discharge of electric charges from a capacity element, and a method for driving the same. A transistor with low off-state current is electrically connected to the capacity element included in the integrating circuit in series. Further, the transistor with low off-state current is electrically connected to the capacity element included in the integrating circuit in series, the transistor becomes on state during supplying the power voltage and the transistor becomes off state during the pause of supplying the power voltage.</p> |
