The present invention relates to a composition for measuring the optimal time of insemination in Hanwoo (Korean beef) and a method for measuring the optimal time of insemination using the same and, more specifically, to a composition for measuring the optimal time of insemination using proteins which are specifically expressed at the mating season of Hanwoo and a measuring method using the same. According to the present invention, provided is a kit and a method for scientifically diagnosing the optimal time of insemination with reliability in a process of recognizing development and insemination which are important for producing calves through artificial insemination.
