PURPOSE: A molded product with an insert-molded film antenna for a portable terminal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily shape an antenna and a molded body of a portable terminal into one body while preventing a printing layer of the antenna from being damaged during molding. CONSTITUTION: A molded product for a portable terminal comprises a molded body (100) of a portable terminal and an antenna part (200) installed in the molded body. The antenna part includes a film layer (210) attached to the injection-molded material; a radiator (220) formed on one surface of the film layer so as to be disposed between the film layer and the molded body; a printing layer (230) formed on the other surface of the film layer, which is the opposite to the surface including the radiator; and a coating layer (240) applied on the other surface including the printing layer for protecting the printing layer. The molded body is made of a synthetic resin and is characterized by being integrated with the antenna part by insert molding. |
