PURPOSE: A system and method for detecting water leakage by depth in a river bank with measuring a dielectric constant and temperature are provided to economically measure the dielectric constant and the temperature by depth in the river bank using one observation hole and one sensor. CONSTITUTION: A system for detecting water leakage by depth in a river bank (5) with measuring a dielectric constant and temperature has a sensor (50) for measuring the dielectric constant and the temperature, and a measuring instrument. The sensor moves in the depth direction of the bank, and measures the dielectric constant and the temperature. The instrument detects the water leakage by depth in the river bank based on the dielectric constant and the temperature measured by the sensor. |
