The present invention relates to an electrophoretic chip for electrochemical detection and a method for monitoring electrochemical signals without the intervention of an electric field using the same. More particularly, the electrophoretic chip prepared thereby is equipped with a working electrode which is to detect electrochemical characteristics of a fluid material to be analyzed at one point inside a fluid channel; and an equipotential structure which is electrically connected with the working electrode at least one wall surface of the channel. A supporting electrolyte solution is filled in the outside of an adjacent channel to the fluid channel through the equipotential structure as a path. A counter electrode is equipped in an equipotential space which is formed by the equipotential structure. The electrophoretic chip detects electrochemical signals which are generated between the working electrode and the counter electrode. In addition, the method prepared by the present invention is to monitor electrochemical signals without the intervention of an electric field through the working electrode equipped at one point inside a fluid channel which is supplied with the electric field, and includes a step of measuring electrochemical signals between the working electrode and the counter electrode. At this time, the equipotential space is formed by the equipotential structure which is electrically connected with the working electrode and formed at least one wall surface of the fluid channel; the constant electrode is placed in the equipotential space which is separated from the channel by the equipotential structure.
