A scribing device. A proper scribing head can be used to form scribing line according to the category of the scribing line. The device is used for forming a plurality of scribing lines on a substrate, comprising a first scribing unit (11) having a first scribing head that forms a first scribing line on the substrate; and a second scribing unit (12) having a second scribing head which forms a second scribing line on the substrate. The first scribing head has a clamp holding component (23); and a clamp (24) on the front end of which a knife flywheel (42) can be mounted and is supported so that the knife flywheel can rotate freely about an axis perpendicular to a workpiece surface relative to the clamp holding component (23). The second scribing head has a clamp holding component (23); and a clamp (24) on the front end of which a knife flywheel (42) can be mounted, the rotation of the knife flywheel about the axis perpendicular to the workpiece surface relative to the clamp holding component (23) being limited. |
