A user customized mobile communication terminal case purchasing system through an application according to the present invention comprises: a background image database containing a background image applied in a case for a mobile communication terminal; a background image classification module classifying the background image database; a background image setting module selecting and storing the background image by a user by operation of either a touch screen or a keypad of a display screen; a case database containing case images for a mobile communication terminal per kind of a mobile communication terminal; a case selection module selecting and storing the case image through the user by operation of either the touch screen or the keypad of the display screen; a simulation module synthesizing the background image and the case image selected by the user and then displaying the synthesized image on the display screen; and a purchase module enabling a user to pay the case applied with the background image selected by the user by payment function.
