摘要 The present invention relates to a chicken breast stick and a production method thereof, more specifically a chicken breast stick and a production method which comprises the following steps: (a) removing bad smell from chicken breast, and tumbling; (b) crushing the tumbled chicken breast, and producing paste; (c) producing filling to be inserted into the stick; (d) wrapping the paste of the (b) step around the filling of the (c) step to mold the stick; and (e) cooking the molded stick of the (d) step with heat. The chicken breast stick has improved palatability by inserting the filling with various tastes into the chicken breast, and excellent digestibility by crushing and kneading the chicken breast. The chicken breast stick satisfies preference of all ages, and enlarges the usage of the chicken breast.
