A clamping surface (44) for the clamping element (9) forms retention clips (46, 47) for the photovoltaic module with the other side clamping surface (45) of the base retention unit (70). The middle element (8) is held on the base retention unit (7) and is able to move through a clamping direction of the retention clips (46, 47). The clamping element (9) is mechanically connected to the middle element (8) by a screw connecting unit (11) having a rotating shaft (27).
