A traction rod for a plastic shell circuit breaker comprises traction peak (1) which comprises an iron core (2) at lower end. A contact surface is arranged between the traction peak and a breaker element. A concaved part (3) is arranged on the contact surface. The concaved part (3) is provided with a reinforcing rib (4). A step (6) is disposed at the connection between the reinforcing rib (4) and a connection shaft (5). The traction rod is molded from the traction peak (1) and the iron core (2). The reinforcing rid is formed on the concaved part (3) so as to improve the strength of the traction rod and prevent the deformation in service. A correction process is avoided and the production efficiency is improved. Additionally, the step (6) provided at the reinforcing rib (4) and the connection shaft (5) ensures that the traction is minimized when the traction rod is cooled during molding. It is ensured that the deformation of the traction rod is minimized. |
