发明名称 INSTALACIoN AUTOMáTICA PARA ACCIONAR LAS PUERTAS DE ASCENSORES Y DE PISOS
摘要
437,157. Door-operating apparatus. WECHSLER, G., 3, Avenue des Epines, Antwerp, Belgium. Feb. 4, 1935, Nos. 3559 and 3560. Convention dates, Feb. 6, 1934 and Dec. 27, 1934. [Class 65 (i)] In order to prevent the immobilization of an automatic or semi-automatic lift by a cage or shaft door being left open, a single normally inactive operating device is provided and arranged to be brought into operation automatically, when any door has been left open a predetermined time, to co-operate with the normal closing mechanism and close the door (or doors). The device is preferably carried by the cage and acts only on the cage gate and the shaft door at which the cage happens to be ; it may, however, be placed elsewhere and connected to the doors at all floors. In the mechanism shown in Fig. 2, a rod 33, moved longitudinally by an electric motor on the cage driving a nut screwed on to it, is connected to a crank 45 pivoted on the cage wall and having two other arms carrying rollers 40<1>, 40<11> respectively ; the roller 40<11> engages an upright member of the cage gate, while the roller 401 engages a member 39 connected to a crank 38 which carries a roller 40 engaging a member 41 of the shaft gate, so that upward movement of the rod 33 moves both gate members to the right to close the gates. In the form shown in Fig. 6, the motor 1 drives a threaded shaft 5, with which a clutch 6, comprising two half-nuts actuated by an electromagnet, is engaged when power is applied. The clutch 6 is connected by rods and cranks to a cam 14, which engages a roller 15 on each gate to close the latter ; the roller 15 is carried by a plate fixed to an upright member of the gate and sliding on guide bars 18. The operation of the device is controlled by a time-switch, the circuit of which is led through switches, such as 22 in Fig. 6, operated by the gates ; this circuit may be normally open when all the gates are shut, or normally closed, but in either case when any gate is opened the condition of the circuit is reversed to bring the time-switch into operation, after a certain delay, to close the gates. When the gates reach the closed position under the action of the device, a reverse circuit is brought into operation automatically to return the operating device to its normal position to allow opening and closing of the gates by the usual means, or, in the arrangement of Fig. 6, the clutch 6 disengages on cessation of the current and the parts are returned by spring 27. The switches such as 22 mav also control the hoisting motor to prevent movement of the lift if any gate is not shut. An overload relay may be provided to stop the motor if motion is obstructed. Hydraulic or pneumatic operating means may be employed in place of the electric motor.
