The present invention relates to a system for providing complex information by using a near field communication (NFC) module and, more specifically, to a system for providing complex information by using an NFC module capable of conveniently transmitting/receiving data by using a two-way communication method of the NFC module and receiving a lot of information and services. The present invention comprises an unmanned terminal, a portable terminal, and a central management server. The unmanned terminal comprises a body, a voice output unit, a display unit, the NFC module, and a computer. The display unit comprises an LCD panel which is installed at the front of the body and provides image information for a user and a touch screen panel which provides the image information and selects/inputs necessary information. The NFC module transmits and receives information to a portable terminal of a user through NFC. The computer is mounted on the body; controls the voice output unit, the display unit, and the NFC module; and stores the information. The portable terminal transmits and receives the data to the unmanned terminal by using the NFC. The central management server is connected to the computer of the unmanned terminal and transmits/receives the data in real time.
