The present invention is for reducing the damage of a vision induction rod caused by tensile force. An outer cover, a flexible unit (10) of the outer cover, and circular screw combining units (11, 12) of an inner fixing rod play an important role. The flexible unit firstly reduces the tensile force applied to a main body. If the large tensile force corresponding to the damage is applied, a new outer cover can be easily installed without reinstalling the outer cover by the circular screw combining units in order for the outer cover to be easily separated. Furthermore, it is capable of being efficiently maintained by replacing only outer cover without replacing a main body when the vision induction rod is worn out.
