ANALYSIS APPARATUS FOR HIGH ENERGY PARTICLE AND ANALYSIS METHOD USING THE SAME

An apparatus for analyzing high energy particles and an analysis method using the same are provided. The analysis apparatus comprises: a scintillator which generates photons having unique waves by colliding accelerated high energy particles including a plurality of types; an equalizer conversion unit for proceeding the photons in parallel; a diffraction grating panel in which the photons proceeded in paralell are incident at a constant angle, and which curves the photons in different angles according to unique waves; and a plurality of detection units for detecting each photon which is arranged at positions to which the photons, bent in different angles from the diffraction grating panel, are spatially separated and arrived.
