PURPOSE: An inclination measurement apparatus for a pinch roll is provided to improve the efficiency of a pinch roll inclination measurement work by installing a sensor unit on a movable frame unit. CONSTITUTION: An inclination measurement apparatus(1) for a pinch roll is composed of a mounting body unit(30), a movable frame unit(40), a sensor unit(50), and a control unit. The mounting body unit is attached to a pinch roll and comprises a magnet member attached to the pinch roll and a case unit(31) in which the magnet member is inserted. The movable frame unit is hinged on the mounting body unit. The sensor unit is installed in the movable frame unit and measures the distance between the pinch roll and the movable frame unit. The control unit calculates the inclination of the pinch roll by receiving the measured value from the sensor unit. |
