<p>PURPOSE: A roll leveling control device of a rolling mill is provided to improve the quality of roll milled products by rapidly and precisely corresponding to the strain of a material by detecting the left and right strain using an electromagnetic induction method and by controlling the level of the roll mill. CONSTITUTION: A roll leveling control device of a rolling mill comprises a material strain detection unit(100), a roll driver(300) and a control unit(200). The material strain detection unit detects a material moving a path line by an electromagnetic induction method and inspects the left/right strain of the material. The roll drive transfers both sides of the rolling roll independently. The control unit controls the roll level by the control of the transfer amount of both sides of the rolling roll of the roll driver according to the degree of the left/right strain of the material detected by the material strain detection unit. The material strain detection unit is composed of a first inductor sensor installed on the drive side of a moving table to detect an induced current induced by the material and a second inductor sensor installed on the work side of the moving table to detect the induced current induced by the material.
