The crane has an overload protection (18) connected to a hydraulic hoist winch drive motor (9), such that a retention force is applied by the motor. The protection has a balance valve (20) that is associated with the motor and controlled by a control device (10) of the protection, such that an overload balance pressure is applied to the motor. A proportional pressure-relief valve (21) is controlled by the device in dependence on the radius of the crane. The relief valve is arranged between a hoisting and lowering sides of the motor. |
