The present invention relates to a bone conduction headphone and, more specifically, to a bone conduction headphone which enables people, who do not hear sound well because of damage to the eardrum, to listen to sound well by adding the function of a hearing aid as well as the function of a headphone, can reduce a bad influence on users by preventing fine metallic magnetic materials from being absorbed onto a human body with magnets positioned on the opposite side of the human body, can sharply reproduce low-frequencies, and can prevent the leakage of sound to the outside. The bone conduction headphone according to the present invention for achieving the above purpose includes a speaker part on both sides of a mounting part, the speaker part comprising: a lower case which covers a part coming into contact with a human body; an upper case which covers the other side of the lower case; a plate spring which is provided in the inside of the upper and lower cases; a voice coil structure which is provided between the plate spring and the upper case; and a vibrating plate which is provided in the inner side of the lower case.
