摘要 The present invention relates to a heating cable heated by flowing a current and a method for manufacturing the heating cable and a method for installing the heating cable to save electricity efficiently. The objective of the present invention is to manufacture the heating cable which is more safe and has excellent durability by solving the weakness of the existing heating cable. More specifically, the heating cable comprises a heating wire heated by electricity, a middle member protecting the heating wire and reducing temperature by diffusing the generated heat to the outside and an outer sheath protecting the same. In order to prevent the heating cable from being degraded and burnt on the heating cable by diffusing the heat to the outer surface efficiently, a fiber insulator with high conductivity and without thermal deformation in high temperatures is weaved to be covered on the heating wire first (110), which is covered through secondary electrical insulation coating of silicon, teflon, urethane etc which are humidity and electricity insulators as being heat-resistant. A glass fiber weaving member (140), which is made by integrating and weaving silicon or urethane and glass fiber in order to achieve water-proof, insulation and endurance to external physical impact, is coated as a third outer sheath to complete the heating cable, or a metal sheath (130) is covered and the metal sheath is coated with a paint (131) resistant to the heat and chemical corrosion in order to prevent corrosion. Also, a wire mesh is stacked on the upper part of the heating cable during the installation of the heating cable in order to save electricity more efficiently.
