摘要 The objective of the present invention is to provide an optoelectric hybrid substrate capable of suppressing increase of light propagation loss as having excellent flexibility and a method for manufacturing the same. The optoelectric hybrid substrate comprises an electric circuit substrate (E) formed by an electric wire (2) formed on the surface of an insulating layer (1), and a light waveguide (W) formed through a metal layer (M) on the rear surface of the insulating layer of the electric circuit substrate. At least a part of the metal layer is formed in the pattern formation state of (A) or (B), and a part where the metal layer is removed by the pattern formation is filled with a first clad layer (under clad layer) (6).
