The present invention relates to a regulator circuit. The regulator circuit includes a comparator which compares the feedback voltage distributed from an output voltage and a reference voltage and outputs a comparison signal; a control unit which controls the potential of an internal node depending on the comparison signal; a current supplying unit which supplies the pump voltage outputted from a pump circuit to an output node depending on the potential of the internal node in order to raise the potential of the output node; and a discharge unit which discharges the potential of the output node depending on the potential of the internal node in order to lower the potential of the output node.
