A secondary battery lifetime measurement device according to the present invention comprises a voltage measurement unit which is connected to a secondary battery and measures voltage values at both ends of the secondary battery in a charging process; and a lifetime determination unit which calculates a voltage change rate from the measured voltage values according to the charging time, compares the voltage change rate to a reference value, and outputs a remaining lifetime data value mapped by the relation between the voltage change rate and the reference value. According to the present invention, the secondary battery is replaced in an appropriate time by informing a user about the remaining lifetime according to the degradation degree of the secondary battery.
