A fiber filter of the present invention is characterized in that weft, warp, and pile yarn form a strong woven structure by weaving the weft and the warp based on yarn selected from monofilament and low melting yarn, or mixed yarn of monofilament and low melting yarn; weaving a base sheet such that a pore-based filtering hole is formed between the weft and the warp; weaving the pile yarn to be vertically arranged with a gap in the middle of the filtering hole formed by the weft and the warp; weaving the pile yarn on the base sheet and melting them using a hot melting unit. Therefore, the fiber filter improves filtering efficiency by primarily filtering contaminated water using the pile yarn and secondarily filtering the contaminated water using the filtering hole and improves quality by forming a woven structure in which the pile yarn is woven on the base sheet and maintains the shape of the filtering hole formed by the weft and the warp, wherein the base sheet having the filtering hole formed by the weft and warp is woven, and the pile yarn is woven in the filtering hole of the base sheet and is hot-molten at the same time. |
