Disclosed is a system and method for correcting a color and removing a flicker using multiple exposure image analysis. The system according to the present invention comprises a pixel value line average calculation unit which calculates line average values by accumulating pixel values of each line for at least one image of inputted at least one or more low speed shutter image or at least one or more high speed shutter image, a pixel value field/frame average calculation unit which calculates field/frame average values by accumulating pixel values of each line by a field or frame for at least one image of the inputted at least one or more low speed shutter image or at least one or more high speed shutter image, and a flicker removal unit which removes a flicker for at least one image of the inputted at least one or more low speed shutter image or at least one or more high speed shutter image based on at least one of the calculated line average values and field/frame average values.
