The present invention provides a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery which contains an organic solvent, ionizable lithium salt, a dinitrile compound with an ether bond denoted by chemical formula 1, and an aliphatic dinitrile compound denoted by chemical formula 2, and the lithium secondary battery comprising the same. A swelling phenomenon when the secondary battery is stored or charged and discharged at high temperatures of the secondary battery with the non-aqueous electrolyte solution is effectively prevented, and the charging and discharging cycle lifetime is improved at the same time.
