<p>The present invention relates to a twister type waist exercise device which provides an an exercise effect by reciprocating or moving up and down handles to allow a belt to press the abdomen or the waist while a user wears the belt, allows everybody to easily use the exercise device indoors, and allows a user to do various exercises by being used as a dumbbell by separating the handle. The twister type waist exercise device includes a belt member which is worn on the waist of the user, an adjustment handle member which is installed on both sides of the belt member to be adjusted in angle and length to allow the user to grip the belt member by both hands and twists the belt member according to the change of direction, and a dumbbell member which is detachably installed on the adjustment handle member and can be used as a dumbbell when being separated.</p> |
