PURPOSE: A ladle structure is provided to prevent the damage of a ladle flange part and the drop-out of a base metal by covering a reinforcement member on the upper end and filling the reinforcement member into the gap of a flange part in a ladle upper end opening. CONSTITUTION: A ladle structure comprises a steel casing(102), a wall part(120), a flange part(130), and a reinforcement member(150). The sidewall of the steel casing is upwardly extended. The steel casing is shaped into a container with an opened top. The wall part comprises a sidewall brick(128) which is built in a multiple stages along the inner side of the steel casing. The flange part comprises a flange brick(132) and a blocking member(136). The flange brick is installed in the uppermost end of the sidewall brick. The blocking member is slopingly extended to the upper side of the flange brick inside the steel casing to prevent the flange brick from escaping due to thermal expansion. The reinforcement member is filled into gaps between the blocking member and flange brick, the blocking member and steel casing in order to cover the upper side of the steel casing. |
