A heating device recycles frictional heat generated in a brake device of an electric vehicle. The heating device of the electric vehicle includes a heat absorption medium absorbing the frictional heat; a heat conduction medium receiving the absorbed heat from the heat absorption medium; a heat reserving container storing the heat conduction medium including the absorbed heat; and a switch which supplies the heat conduction medium stored in the heat reserving container to a heat exchange device so that the heat conductive medium is used for heating the vehicle by assisting an electric hot water heater of the electric vehicle.
