The element i.e. connecting rod (B), has an eyepiece forming a ferromagnetic rotation bearing for a part, and a space for passage of ferromagnetic lubrication oil between the bearing and the part. The rotation bearing includes annular magnets (2, 9) in relation with magnetic flux and two sealing units i.e. beveled half-rings (4, 7), in order to prevent the oil from leaving the space. The rotation bearing is in the form of a first half bearing (1) connected to a body (14) of the connecting rod and a second half bearing (10). The magnets and the beveled half-rings are carried by half bearings. An independent claim is also included for a transmission assembly.
