The present invention relates to a coating method for coffee beans with specific powder and the coffee bean produced from the same. The embodiment of the present invention provides the coating method of the coffee beans with a specific powder which comprises the following steps: producing gruel using rice as a base to obtain coating liquid; forming a coating layer on the surface of the coffee beans using the coating liquid; and sprinkling the powder to be coated on the coating layer.
