The present invention relates to a method for inducing and proliferating natural killer cells derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells, comprising co-culture of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells with radiation-irradiated Jurkat cells and radiation-irradiated Epstein-Barr virus transformed lymphocyte continuous line (EBV-LCL) cells as vegetative cells under the presence of cytokines.
