A light emitting device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a support substrate; at least one light emitting laminate which is composed of a laminated structure of a semiconductor layer and is formed on the support substrate; a wall part which is formed on the support substrate and surrounds the light emitting laminate; and a wavelength conversion layer which is disposed on the light emitting laminate.
