A wireless diagnosis module according to the present invention comprises: a connection terminal connected to a connector formed in a first device; a first signal transceiver unit transmitting signals corresponding to a first communications protocol by communicating with the first device connected through the connection terminal; a signal converter unit converting the signals corresponding to the first communications protocol transmitted through the first signal transceiver unit into a second communications protocol; and a second signal transceiver unit transmitting signals corresponding to the second communications protocol converted through the signal converter unit to a second device. The first communications protocol includes at least one among ISO, KWP, PWM, CAN, and VWP supported from the connector formed in the first device. The second communications protocol includes a wireless communications protocol for the wireless communications between the first and second devices.
