The machine (1) has a filling device (4) designed to fill containers (B) arranged on a weighing apparatus (3) in one position (42) during a balancing process and to fill the containers arranged in a recess (6) in another position (41) under controlling volumetric flow of liquid. A handling device (2) i.e. robot, is designed to bring the containers from the recess to the apparatus and to remove the containers from the apparatus, and to set back the containers into the recess. The handling device comprises a receiving device (7) i.e. gripper, by which the handling device is accommodated. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling containers with liquid in a filling machine. |
