The present invention relates to a light guide plate structure for controlling uniformity from a center to an edge portion and an illumination lamp using the same and to improve illumination efficiency and maintain the light distribution of light emitted from a light guide plate by the scattering pattern of the light guide plate after the light entry surface of an LED faces the light entry part of the light guide plate by using the light guide plate. A hole for accommodating a light source unit is formed on a center. Light is emitted to a light source unit in a lateral direction through the light entry light of the hole. A light guide plate has a scattering pattern that gradually increases size per unit area from the center to the edge portion to form uniform light distribution on a front surface. The light source unit is formed in the hole of the light guide plate and emits light to the light entry part of the light guide plate.
