The present invention relates to a heating device of liquid dye and a cooling device of liquid dye for a dyeing machine capable of minimizing the loss of heat by directly heating liquid dye using LNG, capable of reducing the burden of fuel costs, and capable of simplifying structure. For this purpose, the heating device of liquid dye and the cooling device of liquid dye for a dyeing machine directly heat liquid dye passing a heating pipe by using LNG fuel. Also a cooling unit is composed so that cooling water can flow along the outside of a liquid dye supply pipe. As a result, fuel costs can be reduced, thermal efficiency can be maximized, and composition can be simplified.
