摘要 The present invention relates to a facility management system using NFC tag technology and, more specifically, to a facility management system using an NFC tag in which it is possible to systematically manage facilities and maintain the security thereof by transmitting and receiving, to a portable terminal, facility management methods and facility management information using a medium with an embedded NFC tag. According to the present invention as a technical concept for achieving the abovementioned purpose, a method for acquiring information required for facility management using an NFC tag and managing facilities using the acquired information, comprising: an access information acquisition step for allowing a worker terminal to access a server in which facility management information is stored when the worker terminal comes close to a medium with an embedded NFC tag; a server access step for allowing the worker terminal to access the server in which the facility management information is stored using access information received from the NFC tag; a step for allowing the worker terminal to transmit access determination information required to determine a class capable of access to the server in which the facility management information is stored; a step for allowing the worker terminal to receive data which the worker terminal is permitted to access among information required for facility management from the server in which the facility management information is stored; a step for allowing the worker terminal to request the reading of higher data which the worker terminal is not permitted to access; a step for allowing the worker terminal to receive higher data required for facility management; and a result transmitting step for allowing the worker terminal to transmit the processing result of the facility management.
